The driver showed up 30 minutes late past the scheduled pick up time of 6am. He did not seem very happy when he got to us. Put our luggage in his trunk without saying a word and went straight back to the drivers seat. I got in the car and smiled and said good morning. He looked at me and turned away without saying a word. I got motion sickness on the drive it was so bad. He kept looking at his phone and texting the whole drive. His car had mechanical issues. Everytime we would stop the whole car would vibrate. When we finally reached our destination, he got out of his car, took our luggage out and put it in the street. As I was saying thank you he walked back to his car and drove away. His car was programmed in mandarin which is fine with me. My husband is Chinese and tried to speak mandarin to him. He just ignored him too. The driver was simply put, rude. Overall not a good experience.

Martin was very helpful, and even stopped so I could get some water. Despite heavy traffic from a recent issue in Manhattan he tried his best to be speedy.

My flight was delayed by over 90 minutes. They tracked it, communicated (via WhatsApp), picked me up and took me to my destination in a timely manner. One note: I flew Delta and had text wifi on the flight so I was able to receive their comms mid flight. So you may get pickup instructions when you land after turning your phone on if you do not get wifi on your flight. It was always a hassle getting Uber/Lyfts or Taxis from JFK so I tried this for the first time and it went smooth.

This company was very communicative with me from the initial reservation until the driver on time pick up at designated spot at JFK. Leonardo, the driver was the best!! Clean roomy Mercedes. Great driving skills x Very friendly, sociable, personable and service minded. Without a doubt I would use this company again and request Leonardo ad our driver.
