Jim and Jun were efficient and knowledgeable.
Amazing day! We hit spots in each borough. Jim was a wealth of insider information and very engaging. Jun did a fabulous job navigating the streets of NYC. Best way to hit all the boroughs in one day. The air conditioned bus was a welcome relief after each spot.
Had a great time on the tour thanks to our guide, Jim. He had such a good sense of each neighborhood we visited - the stories and little details he shared really brought the city to life for us. You could tell right away how much he knows about New York and how much he genuinely loves showing it off. Thanks, Jim, for such a memorable afternoon. Chris was an outstanding tour guide for our NYC bus tour! He was very personable, knowledgeable and informative regarding NY historical facts, and has a great sense of humor. Chris was very inclusive. He made sure every guest was accounted for at each stop, What really stood out was how dedicated he was to helping everyone create great memories. He took us to the best photo spots around the cities and even made sure to take pictures for every group so no one was left out. Chris also brought us to places we may not have discovered on our own, sharing interesting facts and local insights along the way.
The tour was very educational and informative. Chris our tour guide was the best! He was very knowledgeable, personable and professional with humor. Chris provided the good and bad historical facts about NY which I really appreciated. I appreciated most learning and visiting all the boroughs. I learned so much about New York in a short period of time. If you're short on time and want to get a good feel for New York this is the tour to take.

Chris Lee was the ultimate in tour guides; complete with props, music and in depth knowledge of the tour information. He knew his audience, their origins and tailored the tour accordingly. Mr. Shum, bus driver, expertly navigated numerous sticky traffic situations with passenger safety always in mind. We would highly recommend this tour. A ten rating for the experience, Chris Lee and Mr. Shum.
