Pickup Locations & Times
You will receive a text with the name and number of your driver the night before your departure. Your driver will be waiting outside your hotel or other specified pickup location at time of pickup.

- Specialized infant seats are available
- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- Please provide us your departure details at checkout so that your driver can make sure they're picking you up in the correct location.
- If you require a car seat or booster seat for your child, we are able to provide at an additional $25 each. Please call the car service once your booking is confirmed to add the child seat and arrange payment.
- Each passenger is limited to one piece of luggage and one personal item. If you require additional space for extra luggage, please book a larger vehicle.

No driver was there when we arrived and no communication. We finally got someone and were told they would get a driver and the driver called and said he would pick up at another terminal (after 40 minutes. We paid $200 up front and got nothing.

I haven't even taken the trip yet, I just booked, but I called to verify the booking, and the woman that answered was amazing. She found my reservation quickly and told me that they would call before the pickup time in case I made any changes. She also to me that they will track my flight out of LGA and if there were any flight schedule changes they would let me know. I feel so good knowing that we are covered- definitely worth the cost just for the peace of mind.

This was the best transfer service to the airport. Our driver was at the hotel right on time and the communication about pickup times was top notch. You can use this company and know that they will be there when they say they will. If you want a worry-free transfer to the airport, book this company now. The drive was smooth, the vehicle clean and spacious, and we were to the airport with more than enough time to check in and get to our gate without having to rush or worry about missing a flight. I highly recommend this service!

From JFK to Manhattan we attempted to use a yellow cab. A guy distracted us and said you can use this bigger car for the same price, others also followed him, we went over and sat in the SUV. Asked the price to the hotel and told it is on the meter, when we arrived the bill was $500. Lesson here is we should have planned! We used this company for our return back to JFK at a fraction of that price! Driver was excellent, it took a little time for the confirmation of pick up to arrive but it was the day before New Year’s Eve. Do book a cab in advance so you do not get stung like we did, this company was really good!
