We absolutely loved this tour, it far exceeded our expectations. Jenny our tour guide was fantastic! She was so friendly, engaging and lots of knowledge of Notting Hill, Portobello Road Market and movie locations. I would highly recommend this tour. This was one of the highlights of our trip to London. Thank you Jenny!
Interesting walking tour - Jenny was exceptional in her enthusiasm & information she gave. Loved seeing the sites used for filming.
Great tour of Notting Hill. Catherine was very knowledgable and entertaining. Very professional.
Catherine did a really great job. Who loves the movies Notting Hill and Actually Love is absolutely right here. Wonderful stories. Highly recommended.
Good tour very interesting guide was great very informative enjoyed the walking tour just finished in between tube stations
I would recommend this walk to everyone who is a good walker and interessted in Notting Hill life and its celecrities. A busy and crowded area on saturdays.
Our guide lost us in the first 10 minutes and I had to message head office to get them to message him. He eventually shared his location with me but by that point we had already given up and were wandering around on our own. We never met up. The guide should have had an identifying flag, water bottle, sign, ANYTHING so that we’d know where he was among the throngs of people.
Jenny was waiting for us when we arrived she was pleasant and welcoming. As it was a hot day she tried to get us all into the shade where possible. She also went out of her way to ensure we were looking directly at what she was telling us about, not always does this happen. Jenny was very enthusiastic and had a lot of information to give us, however I think she had exactly the right balance. If you are interested and have a chance, what Notting hill, skyfall, Paddington Bear and love actually. All of which had scenes filled in the area. My husband and I absolutely loved it. The only thing we found a little difficult was the crowd in portabello markets, however Jenny did a good job at watching we didn’t get lost.
We decided for a guided tour as we wanted to know a bit more about Notting Hill. Great decision to join Briticontours and specially our guide JENNY. She made everything easy and she is a wonderful professional, who inspired us with all her comments and hidden gems of the area, thanks a lot JENNY!
Ben was a great guide. We both enjoyed the tour. The neighborhood itself is well worth the time. The anecdotes and sites top it off.
