- This is a walking tour, guests should be able to walk at a moderate pace, you'll cover roughly 2 Km (1 mi). We encourage appropriate footwear for uneven surfaces.
- Unfortunately due to the nature of this tour it is not suitable for guests with mobility impairments or with wheelchairs.
- This tour takes place entirely outdoors, regardless of weather conditions. We recommend dressing appropriately for the season. Winter months in particular can be quite cold, be prepared to remain outside for the majority of the tour’s duration.
- This tour is located in Canada, any guest arriving from the US will need a passport to enter Canada.

Our Tourguide Sarah was just wonderful! She was very knowledgeable, friendly and was accommodating for the older member in our group.
This was awesome. We enjoyed the stories and our tour guide Genille was so kind. We were a big group with a special needs child and she was helpful as we maneuvered all of the activities. Genille told awesome stories and we would take brief breaks along breaks for her to tell us the stories. Would highly recommend to anyone and ask for Genille for your guide. You won’t regret it!!
The whole trip you have to walk to the designated area and behind the falls which is a long distance for people with children and older adults
Great way to hear stories about Niagara. Very nice to not have to wait in any lines because you are on a walking tour.

Great experience on the boat for two adults. The tour guide, John did a fantastic job. However, I was disappointed that I was charged an additional fee ($107.50) for going on the afternoon tour as I had missed my 11:45 a.m. tour (286.00) due to the bus arriving later than it was supposed to be scheduled. It was also supposed to be 25% extra fee, but it was 38 %. I explained my circumstances and said that I only had time to go on the boat and miss the rest of the walking tour as my bus was leaving soon after the boat ride. Therefore, I ended up paying almost $400 for a $100 boat tour for 2 adults. I should have just booked the regular boat ride for $47.95. I ended up paying an extra $300 for unused services. I would appreciate if there was a possible way to refunded the some of the money not used or have an opportunity to talk to a manager for a resolution. Thanks, Jamie I would still recomend to a friend, but only if there was more financial forgiveness if there are circumstances that the customer can't control such as the bus arriving later than the booked time.
The experience itself was great. But our tour guide JD was outstanding. Would definitely recommend him to anyone interested in the falls. His knowledge was invaluable.
This was such a great and informative experience! Definitely getting your moneys worth especially if you get Tim Kelly as your guide. So personable and willing to take photos to make your experience that much better.
The tour guide was awesome and shared the history about the Falls. It was fun! Boat and Behind the Journey were amazing lifetime experiences!
