This tour was supposed to include 2 hours of free time at Clifton Hill. Instead, we only got 90 minutes for the boat tour and then the remaining time at Clifton Hill, which was hardly any time at all! They changed the program and didn't bother informing us about it prior to the tour. A refund should be given; we paid for something that was supposed to be included in the tour. This company just wasted our time and money!
Thank you for your feedback. We want to clarify that our basic tour does provide a full 2 hours of free time on Clifton Hill. However, because you chose to upgrade and include three major attractions—the Boat Tour, Journey Behind the Falls, and the Skylon Tower—that time was dedicated to experiencing them. There are only so many hours in a day, and because it is currently July—the peak summer season—navigating the heavy crowds and wait lines at multiple major attractions naturally leaves very little remaining foot time for Clifton Hill. Since all premium admissions and tour services were fully delivered. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us remind future guests to balance their itinerary choices during the busiest time of the year.

Haroon was an excellent driver and guide Enjoyable day. He shared many facts with us The bus temperature and ride was very comfortable

Other than the pick up spot that could be a little better identified , we had an awesome driver, and guide Haroon. We had enough time to do some activities on our own on top of schedule activities. Lunch was not included but good.
We had a wonderful experience with Kumar. He is a great driver & ensured we had all of the information for our tour. From pickup, which for us was across the street from our downtown hotel, to the stops along the way, and the big stop at Niagara Falls was amazing!!! Highly recommended for a day trip.

The tour was very fun - well organized, you get to see all the best spots & skip long lines, time is allocated well as you get both the specific experiences (ex. Boat tour) and to spend time in your own. Haroon was a great guide! The falls are truly one of nature’s greatest wonders that was wonderful to see from the boat and from behind the falls. With the tour you also make a couple stops along the way to see other great spots like the flower clock Tour itself was fairly priced
Maroon was amazing, patient, informative, entertaining, and professional. My son and I had an amazing time.
