Your experience begins with a narrated walk before boarding the Falls Incline Railway for a scenic descent to the iconic Table Rock Centre. (Seasonal: Not operational from November - April) From there, enjoy a short walk along the Niagara Parkway with views of the Old Scow Wreckage, Toronto Power Generating Station, and the raging rapids of the upper Niagara River. Then, take the Niagara City Cruises Boat ride for an up-close look at the falls, at which point your tour will come to a close and you and your guide will part ways. On your cruise, you will sail around the Niagara gorge and get as close as possible to the Falls.

Pass by the iconic Skylon Tower, rising 520 feet above the Niagara Falls skyline. This landmark observation tower offers sweeping panoramic views of Horseshoe Falls, the American Falls, and the surrounding Niagara region, and has been one of the city’s most recognizable attractions for decades.
Ride the Falls Incline Railway for stunning views as you make your way down to the iconic Table Rock Welcome Centre. (Seasonal: Not operational from November - April)
Stroll through Queen Victoria Park, a scenic garden promenade offering iconic views of Niagara Falls and the Niagara River.
Pass by the Table Rock Welcome Centre, located just steps from the brink of Horseshoe Falls and home to some of the closest viewpoints of Niagara Falls.
Pass by breathtaking viewpoints of the iconic Horseshoe Falls as your guide shares stories about the geology and history of Niagara Falls.
After Journey Behind the Falls you will walk and continue on to your last stop Niagara City Cruises. Please Note: Niagara City Cruises Voyage To The Falls Boat Tour is seasonal, operating April- November only, replaced with admission to Niagara's Fury and the Niagara SkyWheel in the winter months.

Great choice! Our tour guy Kevin was fantastic very friendly and professional he was open to be question about the area.
We met up with the very kind tour guide who informed us that there was a glitch in the system and we paid for a tour of the cruise boat AND Behind the Falls. We were supposed to just do the boat. We had already done Behind the Falls with a separate ticket. She said we could do both again, but she showed us where to go for the boat. I contacted Viator about a partial refund and they denied us. I will not be using them again for any other reservations. The only reason that I gave higher than a 1 was because the guide was kind and informed us of the glitch in the system.

I could tell our guide Emery was trying his best but the group size and structure of the tour was not the best. A small group started with the Skylon Tower (that others opted out of) and because they ran behind, the remaining 10 people in the group stood around waiting for over 30 minutes after the scheduled start time. Due to this, the rest of the tour felt rushed and I couldn't help feeling like I didn't get the full experience. Emery was nice and tried to keep us engaged with stories but the large group size was overwhelming so it was impossible for everyone other than the first few people to hear. I think the tour would greatly benefit from reducing the group size to enhance the experience and not combining multiple package options to prevent the scheduling issue. I did appreciate being able to get in the front of some of the lines but I don't think it is as necessary during shoulder season. Lastly, I think it's weird that they do not send the guide on the experience (Journey Behind the Falls & cruise) and just pass out entry tickets to each guest.
Julian was a great tour guide. Lots of walking but worth it! Wish they would have limited the number of people allowed at a time behind the falls.

Generally, we fall within estimated times but tours can exceed due to the unexpected such as traffic and late arriving guests or lines at attractions. We were quite disappointed in the entire tour. It felt like a lot of walking that was filler and not a lot of value and then there was a confusion about what was included in our particular package. The website is particularly confusing, and we were very disappointed with the outcome after having spoken to both our guide who was wonderful, but it only got worse after that when we got connected with a call center. I would strongly suggest you look carefully at these agencies and consider just going straight to the ticket office to buy, whatever adventure you want to explore.
