Great trip, very efficient. Picked up and taken right to helicopter ride which is short (12 minutes) but awesome views. Driver was very friendly and flexible in terms of schedule. After helicopter, we stopped at a different viewing area and then went to a maple syrup tasting. We then had lunch and then did the boat ride to Horseshoe Falls.
This tour was worth every minute. Seeing the falls from the boat, the helicopter and the viewpoints gave us completely different perspective and each more impressive than the last. The lunch stop was nice break with great views and the private tour made the day relaxed and personalized. Must do.
Great day out. Well structured sequence of experiences with the boat ride and final Skylon viewing being highlights. Haroon from Airlink was a fun, knowledgeable guide who made the day run smoothly

The travel operator was efficient. The dealing of VIATOR with the tour operator was not. Beware of the package you buy with Viator and what Viator organises with the tour operator. It caused me a lot of hassles. I paid the package in Euros. Viator took that amount as Canadian Dollars and organised a poorer package with the operator. The driver was lovely. The day too. But Viator bookings are not reliable.
We had a memorable day at Niagara Falls. Shoutout to our guide Suthan for his kindness and explanations. Do not skip the stover in NOTL.
