Super long wait times for the boat trip. We were left completely on our own; it did not take place with a guide or in a group.

We regret that this impacted your overall experience. Regarding the guided tour, we would like to clarify that our tour guide did accompany the group throughout the scheduled itinerary. However, the final stop of the day was intentionally left as free time for guests to explore independently, as we believe this offers a chance for personal enjoyment and discovery. We completely understand, though, that the exceptionally large crowds that day made it difficult for anyone to fully enjoy the area, with long lines forming even outside local shops in the town. We truly value your patronage and regret that your experience fell short of expectations. A good day out. Quite a long way to Niagara Falls but worth it! The other destinations on the trip are less exciting but may be of interest to some people.

niagara is one of those places that lives up to the hype. boat ride was insane, definitely come prepared to get wet. tour leader knew her stuff and was really sweet. recommend if you're staying in toronto
