I paid $520 for 3 people and feel I was ripped of. I could have purchased all the tickets myself and taken an uber. There was no tour. No tour operator who understood the attractions. He read from his phone. It was just very haphazard.

The fall was amazing our tour guide Shad was great he made sure everyone was taken care of he stayed on schedule during the tour. We really enjoyed the Falls what an amazing experience. If you like to book a tour I highly recommend using Airlink great value for your dollar.
This tour provides a truly immersive experience of Niagara Falls. Shaz was friendly, knowledgeable, and timely and consistently checked in with the tour group. I highly recommend adding on the boat ride and going to the top deck for the ride. 10/10 for a memorable day complete with the VIP treatment.

Our guide never showed up. The group waited till 10:25 when finally one person received an email saying they had to cancel. Disappointing to say the least. Now have to fight with them to get a refund.
