Excellent service and the guide Kumar did an amazing job, he kept us all informed and showed us some great sites. Kumar was very welcoming. Definitely will book again.
Kumar was our guide and driver. Thank you
Great experience and more than worth the money! So glad I chose this for my daughter and I. Shahz is an amazing tour guide and I would highly recommend him.
It was worth the price. Very nice and good driver/guide. No stress, all is handled well.
Wel organized and timed. Our guide was very professional, nice and informative!
This was a great way to have a personalised tour to Niagara Falls and beat the lines.
Was a last minute trip with friends
Really great trip. Our guide helped us to get to all the activities we wanted in Niagara Falls — and back to Toronto.
Everything is good, a fantastic experience at an exceptional price
The falls were amazing but the organisation of the tour wasn’t great. When we booked the tour, we thought the tour would start near the airport hotel so that we could save a bit of time on the road. However we were driven to downtown to pick up more people which wasted 1.5 hours. It was past midday by the time we got to the falls. The other thing was that the tour was supposed to be 28 people max but our tour ended up to be 50 people in total. This meant that we had to wait for people at various stops and some were always late. The tour would have been much more enjoyable if it was as advertised. The tour bus also had a sign that said 20% tip is customary. We know that the guide worked hard but $100 tip for the day seemed a bit excessive for the two of us. This should be stated on the booking.
Thank you for your feedback. We are glad you enjoyed the beauty of the falls, but we want to clarify a few points regarding your experience. With Toronto currently hosting the FIFA World Cup, traffic and visitor numbers across the region are unprecedented. To accommodate everyone and manage city-wide congestion, pickup routes and group consolidation are sometimes necessary adjustments that all operators must make right now. Regarding the group size, we always aim to stick to our advertised limits, but the massive influx of international tourists during this global event required us to adjust to ensure no booked guests were left stranded. As for the tipping sign, it is simply a standard industry guideline to help international travelers understand local customs. Gratuities are always entirely at your discretion based on the service provided. We appreciate your understanding of the unique challenges that come with operating during a major world event.
