It was a nice experience, especially for a first time. We didn't just visit Niagara Falls, we also got to explore several other places along the way. Everything was well organized, and I really enjoyed the trip. I highly recommend it!
Sameer picked us up from our hotel. He explained the pick up process from the other hotels. Alex our guide fully explained the itinerary for the day. She gave us interesting information along the route. We had 3 hours in Niagara, then spent about half an hour at a maple syrup tasting. Had a quick stop to see the whirlpool then spent about 1.5 hours at Niagara on the lake before heading back to Toronto. A very enjoyable day. Other than the coach being a bit warm on the way back we can't fault our trip.
The bus air conditioning was broken. The heat during the trip was unbearable.
Great tour! Well organized, plan for the day as well as itinerary and times clearly communicated. Alex was a great guide, great energy and shared some interesting historic facts and knowledge throughout the tour. Sameer, our driver, was friendly and helpful and drove us safely and efficiently everywhere. Could not recommend this tour more!

Kept us all on track without being over bearing and made it enjoyable. The Maple Syrup stop is short but sweet! Great views at the whirlpool. Icecream at Niagara-on-the-Lake was worth waiting for but v busy. Hugo got us back in good time through crazy World Cup traffic!
