Meet your guide at Casino Niagara, 5847 Falls Avenue, outside the main entrance near Hard Rock Cafe. Your guide will hold a Fallsview Tours sign. Don’t go to the boat without your guide; we have pre-reserved passes to skip the ticket line. Arrive at least 10 minutes early to stay on schedule.

It was great we saw several whales and dolphins the. Captain. made sure everyone could get a good view. Nothing negative but do take warm clothes 8-6-26. Our guide Alona was incredible
Nice tour. Niagara Falls is spectacular. When you exit the boat expect caous, not well marked, forced us to take the elevator and walk through the shops.

Our tour guide never showed up. I’d just book the traditional Hornblower for less money. Still hoping for the refund.
You get wet on the boat but it is an awesome experience. The walk was also fun with a beautiful walk and great tour guide.

This is a very informative walking tour that ends with a boat ride to the falls. Plan to wear walking shoes, bring water & snacks as it was VERY hot out the day we toured.
40 minutes after we were told to show up at the meeting spot we were texted the tour was canceled. Unfortunately our guide had an emergency come up. I understand things happen but the main office was 2 blocks away and we know people were there because we walked passed it on our way to the meeting spot and someone could’ve came down with our tickets (the guide who came to the 11am from another company told us that’s what they do so no one misses their tour.) The point of using this service instead of going straight to the window is for the more concierge feel and that didn’t happen.
Both of us loved the boat ride, I enjoyed the walking tour part but my husband wasn’t a fan of the walking part. Our tour guide was delightful!
