- Check-in is 45 minutes prior to the scheduled flight time. Failure to do so may result in extended wait times or forfeiture of flight.
- Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 250lbs (113kgs) will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour. 300-lb (136kg) maximum weight per passenger.
- All passengers including children must have a government-issued ID/Passport or you may be denied your flight.
- Please note, that audio language selection is not guaranteed and is based on availability. Should more than 2 languages be requested on the same flight, the audio commentary may default to English. Due to the unpredictable nature of technical difficulties, we cannot provide assurance for the audio functionality of the headsets.
- All flight times are approximate and subject to change due to weather conditions and weight restrictions.
- Infants 24 months and younger must sit on an adult's lap
- Passengers may be scheduled to fly at any time between their assigned check-in time and their booked tour time. Actual flight times may vary based on operational needs, weather conditions, and passenger flow.
- Flights purchased prior to March 2, 2026, the $40 per person heliport fee was not included in the original booking price. This fee will be payable at the time of check-in.

! Walk along NYC with that view of the skyscrapers, wow. Very friendly team at the reception, and offer to bring forward the flight in view of the risk of rain on our flight slot.

Great! Provides a better understanding of New York and its organization. On the other hand, I was charged the $40 per person heliport fee, 80 when they were already included in the TripAdvisor rate! Too bad!

Honestly, this experience was superb from start to finish. Can't recommend enough, the view was exceptional, the ride comfort and wll the staff were friendly, professional and very welcoming. Please enjoy this wonderful experience whilst in New York

Although quick, the tour is pleasant and passes really close to the Statue of Liberty, it gets exciting and will stay in memory. I loved the experience and would come back other times.

An absolutely AMAZING experience from start to finish! I would like to thank the entire team for their professionalism, kindness and kindness. It was my birthday and they made it even more special 🥹 Everyone wished me a happy birthday, the atmosphere was warm and caring — I felt really privileged. They had the delicacy to place me next to the pilot... and there it was just magical. The sight, the sensations, the emotion... I don’t even have the words. This was my first helicopter ride. Very cool experience! Seeing Manhattan from the air was just incredible. Our pilot was funny and a great tour guide too. Loved it!

Paying for extra unexpected money fee and my weight didn't like the unexpected cost would not book again
