We expected the trip to be canceled because of the rain but it wasnt. We sat inside and toured until the rain stopped then were able to move up top. It was a good trip. The title was a bit misleading because we wanted a hop in hop off night tour and paid $65 for it. But once we arrived the hop in/off option wasnt available at night. We lost a total of $40 for our family because if the no refund policy.
They quit and have you get off and walk to another bus stop…………….. ………….. ………………………………………..,,,,,,,,,,

Sometimes hard to get on a bus as there are so many people. Bus wasn't very clean. Lower lever is very warm.

This was a great tour on the Hop on Hop Off Bus. We were able to exit the bus for several stops. The bus arrived every 30 minutes.

It was not as organized as I hoped. The buses had no air conditioning. Meet a lot of other travelers which was great. The bus drivers & employees were amazing.

Every stop has an extra cost to see things, like 80 per person more to go up the Empire State Building. Think of it as more of a fancy cab ride to the destination. Also the bus does not always drop you close to the landmark you wish to see. There is a lot of walking involved for the Brooklyn bridge and Statue of Liberty. Some buses are cool inside and some had the heat on or ac was broke in August. The last stop is abrupt. You get back to Times Square and have to get off and walk back to the starting bus, you cannot just stay on until the next stop.

An OK experience. Long wait for the uptown loop bus on Saturday morning. No aircon downstairs in the bus. Drivers not very helpful and audio commentary not particularly good. Still a good way to see the city. But avoid in hot summer days.
Very poor experience for a NY visitor. Our travel on Ju;y 31st and the disappointments are 1. We wanted to go on the Blue bus tour to start with and at Times Square the BB guides asked us to go to 53rd Street to board the Blue Bus route. When we went there, the fellow who had to book us in was not wearing the usual uniform and was standing out of sight somewhere and talking over his phone. He had no sense of looking out for the customer who had bought the tickets. 2. The AC inside the bus downstairs was not working.When we asked the Driver who was having his own fan near to him and adjusting the vents for himself, he rudely said to get down and go onto the next Bus. 3. We got down at SouthFerry and my teenage daughter forgot her sunglasses. She went in again to get the sunglasses. In the meanwhile the Driver very rudely closed the door and wanted to drive away. We banged on the doors and made him stop the bus until our daugther got down. Very very rude and bad behaviour by the staff in total. So Lookout for yourself very carefully if you are in the Big Bus tour. Never trust the Drivers and the ones selling the tickets. Take care...
Very disappointing rude staff and bus driver, offer app to follow buses between stops we stood along with 10 others as 6 buses avoided our stop, very long walks between bus stops, no phone number to call for explanation why buses were not stopping, suggest look elsewhere
