This classic sailboat is 105-feet in length and has about 3600 square feet of sail area. Sail by Manhattan's Financial District, One World Trade and Ellis Island as the boat sails toward the Statue of Liberty. Terrible customer service at the ticket counter, caused us to miss our boat tour.
Jen, we are sorry that we were not able to provide you with the great experience that we hope all of our guests will have. However, the boat must depart as scheduled and cannot wait for late arrivals, which is why we ask our guests to arrive early to check in and also send reminders with these instructions. Our ticket booth crew did offer to reschedule you to the next trip and also provided a courtesy credit towards a future cruise when the reschedule option was declined. Really great evening. Laid back, good jazz, easy. It was the exact right amount of an evening cruise. The best part… no tour guide on the speaker all night. Safety briefing and that was it. Enjoy the rest of the night without bad jokes and puns. Generous on the pours. All the picture opportunities you need.

The staff was incredibly kind and very attentive. I would do this excursion again any day. Great for a group or just with a loved one.
