Description

Begins either 4:30PM or 5:15PM. Why us? We LIVED this firsthand. Born & raised in Little Italy - or cops who worked the streets here - active and retired/ NYPD Officers. Our “walk with stories” breaks the typical tour company mold of boring facts, repetitive "stops" & irrelevant dates replaced with personal life experiences. Walk the very streets the mafia ruled with a real resident and meet other locals along the way. Plus food included is equivalent to a full 2 course dinner! Growing up witnessing some of New York’s infamous families and having consulted for TV and major films makes this a unique experience no other company can offer. Beginning at a famous Mafia "Red Sauce Joint" as seen in Soprano's and "Get Gotti" this experience winds through the East Village & Little Italy visiting notorious Mafia and Crime locations sharing personal true crime stories and eating amazing food from the neighborhood. Must do!

Ann was awesome, very informative and was entertaining. She knows her history and it was cool to get a former NYPD officer to do the tour.

Tour Guide was absolutely fantastic!

We had the female tour guide and she was absolutely amazing! What this lady doesn’t know about both the Mafia & policing in New York is nobody’s business! When we’re in New York again, we really want to do the tour again, but the night time one this time! Would highly recommend just on the tour guide herself! She brought humour, personality and empathy to a fantastic Mafia & Crime tour! I think the NYPD has lost a great cop with her retirement! She should go into training the cops!

A bit of a mafia historical side of NY

My husband and I really enjoyed the tour. Mike made us feel welcome and is a funny guy. Mike really knew his stuff and added in some extra trivia which was fun. He is a speedy walker; but aren't all New Yorkers 😉😂 so bring your running shoes. The food was amazing and you eat at the very beginning so come hungry. The cannoli was the "sweet ending to the tour". I would recommend this tour to any of our friends who are heading to NY and looking for something fun and unique to do.

Super fun!

We had a fantastic time on Frank’s true crime walking tour in NYC! He was knowledgeable, engaging, and did an excellent job bringing the stories and history to life. The tour was the perfect mix of entertaining and informative, and we learned so much while exploring the city. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a unique way to experience New York!

NY Mafia tour

I had an awesome time on the Mafia Tour and I was the only Australian on this tour. Our tour guide Jay was extremely knowledgeable, entertaining, and clearly passionate about New York’s Mafia history. Jay brought all the stories of famous mobsters, murders, Mafia hangouts, restaurants and filming locations to life. She had a great sense of humour, answered all our questions, and showed us places we would have walked straight past without ever knowing their incredible history. If you’re interested in New York Mafia history, The Godfather, The Sopranos or organised crime, this tour is definitely worth doing. Highly recommend the tour, and especially Jay — she was fantastic!

Thank You Jay!

Jay’s enthusiasm kept me hooked as she recalled all the rich history of both the mafia and immigrants who made NY home. She is very articulate and it’s easy to hear her no matter where you are in the group. If you’re a fan of smaller anecdotes, she’s great. One of my favorite parts during the tour was her own experiences in the department.
