Great experience! Good food & drinks. Service was excellent!!!
The boat itself was clean & the food was ok. But the pier was a nightmare. Not organized at all. And we docked a full hour late, at a different slip, onto a different boat. There was no communication of any of these changes by text or email. Try a different cruise, this one wasn't worth it
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. While we're glad you found the vessel clean and the food satisfactory, we sincerely apologize for the confusion at the pier. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us make those improvements. We appreciate you giving us the opportunity to serve you and hope you'll consider cruising with us again so we can provide the smooth and enjoyable experience we're known for.
This was the worst ever experience. We waited for 2 hours plus and the ship did not arrive , we have to eventually leave with all other passengers and we saw the ship in the middle of water and it was old and even does not look like the one in the picture online.
Thank you for your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. Delays and operational changes are never the experience we want for our guests. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and your comments will help us improve our communication and service.
Everything was wonderful, my husband loved it and I did too, and the service was very good 😍😘🥰😘🥰😘😍😘🥰😘😍😍😘🥰🥰
¡Muchas gracias por su maravillosa reseña! Nos alegra saber que usted y su esposo disfrutaron de la experiencia. Agradecemos sus amables palabras y esperamos darles la bienvenida nuevamente en su próxima visita a Nueva York.
BOAT WAS 1.5 HOURS LATE Zero organization at the pier while waiting for the ship to dock. Once boarded: Charcuterie board contained warm cheeses that had gone soft, crackers were also soft. All presumably because the tray had been sitting out so long. It felt a bit risky to eat it. The oranges and grapes were good. Salad…. Warm with wilted romaine, again probably sitting out for awhile. The gentleman at the next table was one of the last to board. He had not even had the chance to finish his charcuterie board when the waiter took his plate away! He asked to have it left but was told ,”No, I need to bring out the salad”! Wait staff also didn’t recognize his birthday. Our dinner selection was two options instead of three. (Vegetarian pasta was not offered) Live music? Only on the second deck. Lower deck could not hear anything other than the ships engine. Until we were pulling on to dock. Then… we had music? Did someone forget to turn on speakers the whole cruise???? No whole milk for coffee! Many guests had booked for a special event which the wait staff recognized in a hit or miss pattern. Drinks were delayed, wait staff needed reminders to bring courses or drinks. We never received an apology from the captain or the reason for our unacceptable delay. Positives: the main course (which was “mid”) was followed by an especially tasty chocolate mousse dessert. The boat did stop for a good amount of time in front of Lady Liberty giving an awesome perspective and allowing for lots of pictures We did have fun bonding with our foxhole buddies on this total disaster of a trip which was NOT worth the 450.00 cost. LEAVE FROM CHELSEA PIERS NOT PIER 36
We waited over an hour for the boat to arrive at dock. Many people left and the others that waited were angry. We were supposed to board at 7pm and we didn't leave until closer to 8:30pm. Otherwise trip was good and food wasn't bad. Over priced.
Cruise arrived an hour and a half late. Nobody in the cruise apologized for it. Horrible experience
It was a good boat trip. The band was great. The service was good and a shout out to Nara, Julian, Fariza and Friat. Thanks for making it a memorable wxperience
This was an amazing experience and well worth the money. The food and service were outstanding. The band played great songs. They positioned the boat in front of the Statue of Liberty for a long time and give you plenary of opportunities to take great pictures. You will not go away disappointed
Staff was excellent and very accommodating. Well worth the money. Amazing service and the band was really fun
