Do not trust Viatour or this company. I booked a tour through Viatour and they told me it was a private tour. It was a transfer from Naples to ischia . Afterwards they contacted me and said their colleague made a mistake and it is not a private tour. I told them no problem go ahead and cancel. They said they would cancel and refund my money. After they refuse to refund my money and try to charge Me €2000 for a private transfer. I tried to dispute the charges with them and they refused. I booked the trip through Viator and they also refused to provide any assistance.

Your booking was made the day before departure, for travel the following day, without taking into account that the service booked was a shared transfer, not a private one. This is also clear from the price paid: €65.00 per person, which could never correspond to a private transfer from Naples to Ischia. As explained, according to the cancellation policy accepted at the time of booking, reservations made so close to departure are not refundable. In addition, the ferry tickets and travel documents had already been issued and were non-refundable and non-changeable. Finally, the decision not to use the service was entirely yours. Our airport assistant waited for you throughout the day with all the necessary travel documents already prepared. We regret your dissatisfaction, but we acted in full accordance with the booking terms and provided the service as confirmed. Kind regards.
