Tina was our pizza chef and was really great and patient with us. We arrived late due to the parking situation so plan accordingly at least 20 minutes factor in to find parking. There is a parking garage a block away that was really great. They were very accommodating to children, especially the 11 year-old and baby that was in the group. I would recommend them only complaint, the price was 87 per person. I have been to other pizza classes in Napoli that are half the price. However, this location did provide more topping options than any other place I've been to. We did have a private class, the set up is a functioning restaurant but the pizza classes are done before the restaurant opens. You can’t beat a 5pm start time. We would recommend again.
Louise has helped us fantastically. Spoke fluent English and was enthusiastic. Compliments!
Tina did a great job leading the course. It was hands-on and well organized. We had a group with German, French, Italian, and Croatian participants. Food was delicious and I learned some new techniques for working the dough from the gentleman running the pizza oven. The red wine wasn't super exciting, but they were able to get some birra for us to keep the good spirits going.
Tina was guiding our work through the class and she was amazing, kind and cheerful but the waitresses were rude and unapproachable. The one with the black hair ignored us when we asked for more wine and then continued to ignore us until the end of the class. So although the wine is unlimited, we got two glasses. Other than that, the experience is fun and the food turns out amazing
One does not know what to expect from such an event. But it was some super hours in company with our boss. It was fun to try and educational. A pizza and tiramisu taste just better when you make it yourself!
We had a wonderful time making Tiramisu and Pizza with Louise! She was terrific! We learned so much and then ate our creations…Double the fun!
My partner and I booked this cooking class in early January and to our surprise, all other guests had rescheduled their bookings so we were treated to a private cooking class with Christina. Christina was an incredible guide who met us where we were at our cooking levels, and taught us the very cool history of pizza in Napoli and Italy. The experience was really fun and informative, and the food was delicious! We might not have 13 years of pizza making expertise like the pizza chef who showed us how to flatten the dough (what a master), but we are definitely going to be making a lot of pizza and tiramisu this year.
I thought it was a pity that I couldn't prepare the tomato sauce myself. It seemed more like a course meant just for eating and not right to acquire pizza making skills
Again and again, perfect pizza course. Small simple pizzeria. Our instructor spoke perfect English and explained It's great. The result was sensational
Nice little pizzeria in the heart of Naples. We were introduced to the secrets of pizza by Tina and Gianluca. In an illustrious round with participants from France, Australia, Switzerland and Mexico we found: "make pizza not war" Highly recommended experience.
