We had 3 different adults attempt to retrieve the Viator tickets- all unsuccessful. I was told they would arrive via email, but only “vouchers” arrived, which were not acceptable. Since this was our only opportunity to visit the museum, we paid the museum for tickets. I would greatly appreciate a refund from Viator. You need to simplify the process of delivering the ACTUAL tickets- this was extremely frustrating, time consuming, and costly.

We had problems with the digital audio guide. We opened it once and were unable to reopen it afterward.

Was trying to avoid crowds and waiting in line. Turned out there was no line so probably cheaper to buy on-site. I was also not familiar that they delivered tickets to WhatsApp Great food at the museum restaurant/café!

Viator never sent me the ticket to get into the museum. There was no line and I could have just got it without booking. They said it would take 10-15 minutes but never got back to me.

We went to the museum before our visit to Pompeii. It was wonderful to get the history and see the artifacts prior to our Pompeii visit.
