Description
Our Pizza Making Class takes place at the old city center of Naples where a native pizzaiolo (pizza maker) will teach you how to make pizza in the traditional Italian way. Gathered round a wooden table filled with tasty toppings, you will listen to stories while you prepare to be chefs. You will learn to follow a recipe when you measure, mix, knead and roll out your own dough. You’ll add delicious homemade sauce and the choice of toppings before putting it in the wooden oven and tasting your masterpiece pizza.

I was so looking forward to this experience, but just a few hours before the class they sent me a text saying they had a “family problem” and were canceling the class. I asked if they could recommend another place for a pizza class and they said “no.” I went on line to find something, but there was as nothing available on such short notice. It was our last night in Naples and I am so disappointed that I didn’t get to do a pizza making class.
A really great experience where we had a lot of fun. The staff was very nice and the pizzas as well as the starter and dessert were very delicious.
We had fun making and eating pizza!!! My 15 year old grandson even enjoyed it. Our teacher Marita (spelling) was the best!! Put this on your list of must do on Naples.
We had a very nice and educational time at the workshop. Martina was enthusiastic, explained well how to make the pizza dough and prepare the pizza.
Martina was excellent. Explaining the products we were using, the amounts, the procedures, the quality of the products, the ovens and cooking times. A wonderful hands on experience where the quality of the products shine. A perfect way to introduce yourself to Napoli!!

A must while in Naples. An informative experience in a lovely setting. The starters & the sweet were both amazing & the pizza was fantastic.
It was an educational pizza course, fun and luxury with 3 dishes and nice staff We were a high school class on a study trip and everyone thought it was exciting
We enjoyed the class, had fun making the dough and learnt a lot. The class was small and well organised and very friendly.
