Come join the “original” cable car wine tasting tour through beautiful Napa Valley. Hop aboard one of our hand-built replicas of a San Francisco Cable Car! Every detail, from the all-wooden carriage to the solid brass bell, is an authentic feature right off the original blueprints. This Napa Valley wine trolley tour will be an experience you will never forget. Enjoy endless unobstructed views of vineyard-dotted hills on this special wine-tasting adventure. Visit three or four wineries or tasting lounges and learn all about Napa’s history and wine from your friendly and knowledgeable guide. Lunch is included and will be enjoyed at a local restaurant. Winery stops and lunch stop can change periodically. This tour picks up at the Oxbow Market 610 1st St, Napa, CA 94559. Meet on the street in front. Must be 21 years or older to take this tour.

You’ll be picked up at Napa’s Oxbow Market in the late morning for a 6-hour tour on the Napa Valley Wine Trolley, an open-air vehicle modeled after a historic 1890s San Francisco cable car. Enjoy the wind in your air as you take in the beautiful sights and smells of Napa wine country. Your friendly, knowledgeable guide will keep you entertained with commentary and stories about Napa’s history and wine culture.

- Napa Valley Wine Trolley operates “Rain or Shine” year-round. However, if there is a chance of rain, high winds, or unforeseen mechanical problems, we may have to substitute the trolley for a mini-bus. Napa Valley Wine Trolley reserved the right to substitute or change wineries at any time.

An excellent day covering 4 fantastic wineries with a lovely outdoor lunch
What a fun experience! Me and my husband visited from the UK and know very little about wine but we had such a great day with a great group of people. Learned a lot about the wine making process and visited 4 beautiful vineyards. I definitely recommend this trip

Great experience! Grab a sweater and comfy shoes! Be ready to meet some fun new people! More dinner wines than dessert. If Red isn't your fave be open to try something new! Up to 16 glasses poured!

I had a very nice time. It was a cute experience. I think the stops that we made were well planned out. The wineries we stopped at had great guides and the tastings were perfect. The ride was a little windy. So next time I would wear a hat and glasses to keep the wind out of my hair and eyes. I enjoyed the tastings but they were a bit pricey. I’m not sure the $145 is exactly worth it, but I get it. It is a business after all.

Awesome experience! We totally loved it as we made friends while on the tours.Great winery choices and hearing the knowledgeable about their wines on how each wines are made to taste. Totally recommend and our driver Dennis was awesome!

We had a good time but honestly the tasting prices at the wineries seemed crazy!! $40-50 at each one (at 4 wineries) for tiny samples of 3-4 wines. Would be nice if they set up the tour so the tastings were included.

Unfortunately, being a separate entity from the wineries, and the fact that they offer our guests special discounts, such as purchasing wine waves a fee, the fee is charged at the end of each experience to the winery itself. We understand an "all inclusive" would be more ideal. Otherwise, our partner wineries do provide private unique experiences at discounted costs. We're glad that you had a good time. Cheers!
We just had a great day touring four very different wineries in Napa! Our driver Craig was very friendly and it was great fun meeting a variety of new people from around the country and Canada. Lunch was very good and did any accommodations if you needed them, and we enjoyed the variety of wines we tasted. We got lucky and had amazing weather! Trolley was fun! Highly recommend!
