San Francisco Bay with its stunning views from the Bay Bridge to the Golden Gate bridge offer the perfect beginning of your journey with Gray Line San Francisco. The infamous prison island Alcatraz is centered in the middle of the bay. A must do while visiting San Francisco.
After crossing the iconic Golden Gate Bridge, you'll have the opportunity to stop for photos at the Golden Gate North Vista Point. This viewpoint offers breathtaking views of the Bridge, Alcatraz Island, and the stunning San Francisco skyline.
Pass the Mediterranean-style hillside homes of this famous seaside town shortly after crossing the bridge.
Our first stop will take you to Roche family boutique winery. where they offer over 35 years of award-winning wine making experience, several vineyard designate wines, varietals, and blends, as well as their famous down-to-earth Irish hospitality. The Roche Family welcomes you to visit either our Sonoma winery tasting room where we offer daily barrel tastings, indoor and outdoor wine tasting bars, light bites, and a shaded outdoor tasting patio with fireplaces. Not included in the Exclusive Wine & Food Tour.
Artesa Winery has been recognized as "One of the Best Napa Valley Wineries to Visit Right Now" by industry insiders. Nestled in the stunning Napa Valley, this avant-garde winery is situated on over 150 acres of picturesque hills, where you’ll find meticulously cultivated vines of the finest Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Join our tour to sample exceptional wines and take advantage of numerous photo opportunities featuring breathtaking views of the valley.
Only included in the Napa and Sonoma Wine Country Tour, free time for lunch amidst charming streets lined with cafés, restaurants, and shops offering a variety of dining options. Remember, after lunch, there’s still one more winery visit to conclude the day.
Their wines have been handcrafted and family owned in Napa Valley for nearly a century. They are created from 100 percent organically grown grapes, located in the Carneros region of the Napa Valley. None of their wines available for purchase are found in any retail stores. Not included in the Exclusive Wine & Food Tour.
On our way back to San Francisco, we will cross the iconic Golden Gate Bridge and once again, you will have the opportunity to admire the stunning views of the Bay Area as we drive you to your drop off location.

We are not huge wine drinkers, but this was great for us. It was a nice way to enjoy the scenery and experience wineries along the way.
Lovely to get out of the San Francisco "summer" of cold and fog for a delightful day exploring wineries and tasting wines in lovely vineyard tasting areas. We didn't know ahead of time which 3 of 6 or 7 vineyards we would be seeing but saw 3 substantially different ones: first a real family vineyard with a beautiful tasting area and some tasty wines; next a Spanish owned vineyard with beautiful views and impressive production and bar area; a stop for lunch in Sonoma; and then an organic winery which was the least of the 3 in terms of presentation, grounds, and wines... we should have stopped at lunch! The bus was super comfortable and the driver was organized and informative. We really enjoyed the trip and got back to San Francisco with time to have a great meal in Little Italy!
The experience was very informational. The driver was entertaining not boring. Each winery was different which made it exciting.
These were not the best wineries to see. I’ve been to Napa and Sonoma many times and I was disappointed on the wineries included in this tour. They were not the best or offer a good experience for the tourists. The driver was fun and tried to make the best of the tour.
Van had no shocks, cracked front window, & door popped open several times. Our guide was very monotonous & not engaging.
My daughter and I took the tour on Saturday, July 11, 2026 with Adolfo as our tour guide. It was only his second time doing a winery tour, but you never would have known that unless he had told you. He was truly phenomenal! He was extremely friendly and personable very knowledgeable, humorous, and simply a joy to be around. Our entire group gave him several rounds of applause during our day long trip and tours of three different wineries in Sonoma and Napa Valley. This was simply the best time!
