We would like to kindly clarify that we are not a scam. Unfortunately, at the time of your booking request we genuinely did not have availability. We communicated this to you and asked if you would be comfortable with us referring you to another company, which you agreed to. It was very unfortunate that the company we referred you to quoted a much higher price than our original offer. While this was outside of our control, we fully agree that it does not justify the inconvenience you experienced, and for that, we sincerely apologize. Transparency and trust are very important to us, and we regret that this situation gave a different impression. We are truly sorry that this led to you missing a tour and having a negative final day in Kenya.
