The safari experience was really good. The spots we got to see were amazing. The main tour guide was quite experienced, and he was patient and made sure we got to make the most out of the experience. The guide on the boat ride was definitely our favorite, he was so full of facts and made that boat ride the best part of the safari. We wish our main tour guide was as proactive with the facts. The resort we overnighted in was better than our expectations. The food provided was not great, half the times was cold, and not great choices. We did have a setback with the bike rides, where we were charged double the amount shown on the booking. The tour guide said that the price on our booking wasn’t accurate, which felt like a tourist scam. That was definitely not appreciated, but overall a great experience.
Dear Sebastian, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the safari experience and found the spots amazing. We appreciate your comments about the guides, and we will address the concerns regarding the tour guide's knowledge and the pricing discrepancy with the bike rides. We are also looking into the food quality issues at the resort. We apologize for the negative experience with the bike ride charges and will ensure this doesn't happen again. We value your feedback and hope to welcome you back for another adventure.
