- You must arrive 45 minutes prior to your selected booking time. This ensures proper departure times. Late Arrivals can and will result in loss of activity, for this there is no refund!
- Generally speaking there is a weight maximum of 450 Lbs. However this can change with the different weather conditions. Ultimately the captain will have the final say on how flights will team up.

Absolutely a great experience! Our 2 granddaughters went together! From booking the adventure till ending it was an absolute blast!! The guys on the boat have a great personality, funny, friendly and make you feel confident ! Highly recommended parasailing with this place. Definitely will be going back next year!! We went parasailing on Tuesday and had a blast! The front office staff were friendly and explained the process easily. When we got to the boat, the crew were extremely helpful and you could tell that they were professionals. The captain (Matt) of the boat explained exactly how everything was going to be done and put my first timer nerves at ease The parasailing itself was breathtaking!! Best experience ever!! We even got dipped in the ocean a bit but they asked if we wanted to first. They offer go pro rentals for your parasail and also an added option of pictures while you are being brought up, flying and coming down for a really small fee. We opted for that and we are so glad we did! 10/10 WILL absolutely do it again!! We are thinking a dolphin tour next! 😊

Super friendly staff and great experience! The address given is admin/office where they'll ensure Disclaimers are signed and issue 'boarding pass' but the actual boat dock is a separate location. Boat loading is at - 1100 N Bay Club Dr, Manteo, NC 27954 It's ~10 min drive from office location. So plan accordingly and be at office location 40-45 minutes before scheduled time - specifically on crowded/heavy-traffic summer weekends.

We used this company for parasailing and wave runners. They shorted us on our paid time for the wave runners. They are also a very disorganized company. The left hand does not know what the right hand does. They make promises and do not keep them. I would NEVER go back here. Pick the place across the street from them instead in Nags Head.
Hey Scott, Your group received the entire hour you rented for. There was no promise made by anyone that we would tell your group when to switch. As soon as your mother asked us to, we called your group in. I offered your group more time at a later date (which I did not need to, as you completed the whole hour you paid for) your group did not want to take the time. All the best.
This was an amazing experience. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Captain Matt and Conner were great. We had a lot of fun and the pictures are worth it!
