A bit long but very informative about the history of the area abd greece.. Napflio is so nice prefere if we stayed longer
Loved this experience ! George was great and the sights were beautiful! It was the perfect day trip!
We enjoyed the trip and were charmed to see the beauty of the Peleponese. We had only 4 minutes (240 seconds!) to visit the museum at Mycenae, only enough to wish we had longer. The pottery shop visit was lost time which we would have preferred to spend at Mycenae itself.
Corinth canal and Nafplion was the best part for me. Our guide was very informative and helpful. The lunch was good too
Superb day, convenient and well organized excursion, to leave for a day and visit other places outside Athens without renting a vehicle. I recommend!
What day! Started early out of Athens in a really nice small bus. We drove to the Corinthian Canal and were given time to walk around, take pictures and a health break. Nice cafe with lots of options. Then onto Nafplion and Mycenaean. Anthony (tour guide) gave lots of historical information and descriptions of everything. Nicos (the driver), was awesome. Careful and professional. No worries about our safety and comfort. The drive was pleasant and we liked seeing all the olive, lemon and orange orchards. Nafplion is a really nice town. Lots to see at all the steps. Various levels of exercise so good for the old and young.
I was fascinated by Mycenae. Nafplio was a beautiful discovery. The guide took his time and he was cheerful.
Our tour guide, Helena, was personable and knowledgeable. The ruins of Mycenae were impressive. The restaurant was not picturesque or particularly friendly . They treated us as a group of bothersome tourists. The lamb was good but nothing special.
Guide was able to converse extremely well in both English and French. We received a very professional history lesson. Transportation and lunch was first class
I enjoyed the tour. Additional time was needed at Mycene. 20 minutes does give enough time for pictures and the museum. I could only take pictures.
Dear Regina, Thank you for your review and we are sorry to hear that you need more time in Mycenae but unfortunately this is a shared goup guided tour and we have to follow the advertised time routing. Warm regards Hara
