We loved it. Very entertaining for kids and grown ups. My grandson loved the spinning tube and hanging like Spiderman from the walls. Lots of pictures taken.
We were unable to experience the museum. The site said that reservations were needed. We bought tickets for noon that day. Arriving 15 minutes early, there was no parking available on the street because of an event. The parking garage was not open either because they stated they were waiting to see if the event was going to be canceled or not. We told them we weren't there for the event but wanted to use the parking garage for the museum. They said they wouldn't know if the garage would be open for another hour and a half when we called. We attempted to call and email the museum to give them our dilemma since the tickets were non-refundable. We received no response with every call or message. While I do understand the risk with buying tickets that are non-refundable, being a place like this and being so close to a venue that regularly shuts down parking availability, there should be a way to get our money back.
Fun and educational. Staff was very informed and helpful with explanations. Facility was neat and very clean.
The museum was geared more toward families with very young children. The advertisement was misleading because it showed pictures of adults, which gave the impression that it would appeal to older visitors as well. When we arrived, it was clear that the activities and exhibits were intended for much younger children.
