You may not be bought back to your starting point. We were told they could not take us back to the River casino. We were told to take a cab back.
Thank you for your feedback. All guests are provided with a route map and time schedule at the start of their tour. The schedule clearly outlines the timing of each stop and allows guests to plan their day accordingly to ensure they can return to their original starting location before service concludes. Our Hop-On Hop-Off service operates on a continuous loop with designated stops throughout the city, and it is the responsibility of each guest to manage their time based on the schedule provided. Unfortunately, if a guest does not follow the schedule or remains at a stop beyond the available service times, we may not be able to provide transportation back to their starting location. We appreciate you joining us and encourage all guests to review the schedule carefully when planning their day to avoid any issues with return transportation.
Tour was good problem was lack of information from Viator which caused us to waste hours trying to find pick up point.

Great views from the upper deck of the trolley ! Guided , historical tour of the city ! Very knowledgeable tour guides. Definitely recommend .

One small correction—we actually operate open-top double-decker buses rather than trolleys, trolleys don't have the awesome upstairs! But we agree that the upper deck is the best seat in the house for taking in the city's incredible sights! Our driver was reckless and there was no concern for the predicament she put us in. She would not return to our original pick up, even though the traffic had gone back to normal (originally there was a lot of traffic, but the concert was cancelled and traffic had resumed to normal). she never checked back to see if she could go to our original stop, even though we asked. She instead dropped us off in pouring rain and we had to walk over I mile to our stop and traffic WAS back to normal!!! ). Also she was texting throughout the trip, weaving towards cards and then jerking us back to straighten out! Side note: The tour guide was very nice and knowledgeable.

Guest safety and satisfaction are our highest priorities, and we take concerns regarding driver conduct very seriously. After reviewing our vehicle monitoring systems and operational logs, we found that the driver accessed our dispatching system only while the vehicle was stopped at stops, in order to receive route updates and operational notifications. At no point did our review indicate unsafe driving practices related to mobile device use. Safety remains our top priority, and we continuously monitor our operations to ensure our standards are upheld. We also understand your disappointment regarding the drop-off location, particularly given the weather conditions. While the concert was ultimately canceled, significant traffic congestion remained in the area due to the movement of approximately 70,000 concert attendees, as well as the additional 20,000 visitors attending the Arts Festival. Based on traffic conditions and guidance received from our dispatch team, route modifications and stop adjustments remained necessary to maintain service and avoid further delays. To help guests prepare, we communicated the possibility of route changes and stop alterations in advance through our reservation system and again during the boarding process. We recognize that this did not lessen the inconvenience you experienced, and we understand your frustration with the circumstances. We do appreciate your kind words about the tour guide and are pleased to hear that they were knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming throughout your experience. We will be sure to share your comments with them. Thank you again for bringing your concerns to our attention. We value all guest feedback, as it helps us evaluate and improve our service. John, tour guide, and Carol, driver, were both great. We had a delay due to Morgan Wallen traffic near the stadium and passengers up top and down below giving advice to both of them, they laughed and took it in stride just as intended. Carol took that bus through cars that looked like we were going to wipe out. She was excellent!!

It helps to plan your hopp-off stops ahead to make the most of your day. You just can't do everything. Be sure and coordinate your hopp-on timings with the bus schedule. They stayed very close to the listed times at our stops. A great way to see the city and hear the guide give you local interest, interesting commentary.
