On arrival in Mannum, board the Proud Mary for your relaxing lunch cruise along the historic river, enjoying the wildlife and surrounding scenery. Gain insight into the river system and unique landscapes of the region.
At the end of your cruise there will be free time to explore the historic river town. Take in the spectacular views, and stop regularly for great photo opportunities, including the Mannum Lookout.
Choose to visit Melba's Chocolate Factory or Woodside Cheese Wrights, where you can purchase from their ranges of products

We had a glorious day weather was perfect even in the middle of winter. We would highly recommended this trip.
Lovely scenery and great day out, weather was picture perfect. Disappointed that the tour advertises a buffet lunch and in fact that is incorrect and false advertising. Food was lovely but this is a big over sight with the advertising!

Very friendly tour guide, with lots of interesting commentry. Have a light breakie as there is plenty of food on offer.

Fantastic day, Roger the bus driver gave wonderful commentary with bits and pieces of comedy add just for laughs. Loved the boat trip and the roasted chicken lunch was amazing. We had about an hour in the town of Mannum to see what was on offer. We found an interesting Bricker Brac shop and spent most of our time in there. All in all a great experience.

Most enjoyable trip. Travel to and from Adelaide was good. The Murray River cruise and lunch on the Proud Mary was excellent. Time in Mannum was good as was the Melba chocolate experience.

The Murray River lunch cruise was great. However the trip to get both there and back was terrible. The bus driver had to have the air conditioning on freezing to try to stop the windows from fogging up. Then to top it off the bus was leaking in several places causing us to not only be cold but eet also.. Not the kind of journey we had looked forward too.

Very informative bus driver who new the area over 20 years. Very relaxing, comfortable bus. Pleasant murray river trip, and luncheon.
I loved it. The programme was excellent in both content and pacing. The bus driver/guide was informative, relaxed and friendly, with clear explanations and instructions. The lunch was remarkably good, considerably better than I had expected, and the scenery, both on the cruise and from the bus, was gorgeous. It is not cheap but I think eminently good value.

Lunch on the Proud Mary as part of a day's coach trip from Adelaide. Very gentle two hours going up the river. Excellent quality lunch and lovely staff. Some nice and well priced shops in Mannum. We also stopped at a chocolate factory and cheese maker. The former was expensive and not in production. Cheese tasting was excellent.
