Seorak, Nami Island, and the Garden of Morning Calm with your local tour guide. Mt. Seorak, also known as Seoraksan, was designated a Natural Monument preservation area. In December 1973, it became a national park, and in August 1982, it was named a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. Unique rock formations and waterfalls create breathtaking views in Seorak. Nami Island is famous for its romantic atmosphere, where the drama "Winter Sonata" was filmed. Enjoy walking paths lined with metasequoia, ginkgo trees, and cherry trees, as well as art installations at every corner. The Garden of Morning Calm is popular among tourists for its serene, oriental beauty. It is filled with beautiful flowers and trees year-round—even during the Winter Light Festival.

Itinerary
We will visit Seoraksan National Park and Shinheungsa Temple inside of Seoraksan National Park. You can hike or get on the cable car. (Cable Car fees are NOT included.) During Fall Foliage Season, we will visit "Jujeongol Valley" for hiking, not the Cable Car course.

- Arrival time to every destination is subject to weather and traffic conditions.
- The itinerary of this tour excludes the transportation time between destinations.
- During the Fall Foliage Season(Oct 20-Nov 4), we will visit "Jujeongol Valley(Osaek)" for hiking, not Cable Car course.
- Meet up location: Please select your option between Hongik Univ. Station Exit 8 or Myeongdong Station Exit 4
- The type of vehicle can be changed depending on the number of participants.
- Please discuss the size & number of your luggage in advance, if you are going to bring yours.
- "Jujeongol Valley(Osaek)" requires 1-1.5 hours of easy level of hiking. So please wear a proper footwear.
- The location of Seoraksan we visit can be different depending on autumn foliage situation.
- There is no drop off at Hongik Univ. Station for the heavy traffic jam. You can take subway line 2 at Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station, one of the drop-off sites, if you want to go back there.
- The tour is operated in rainy or snowy or windy weather.
- Cancellation and refunds are not available within 24 hours of departure time for the following reasons: sudden illness, flight delay, weather changes such as rain, snow, or wind, personal reasons, incorrect booking, or other cases where there are no issues with the tour operation.

Patrick did an excellent taking us to the destination according to the schedule. He is a pleasant tour guide. His lunch spot choice for the group is delicious.

Tour was great, it unlocked to us great places in South Korea, that I would not think of going by myself (they just did not pop up in my search). Tour guide Ki is very charismatic and told us interesting things on the spot. Also, he is skilled driver. The day was very lovely and I took very nice pictures. My friends are so jealous and want to visit S. Korea as well.

Took this tour with Ki. It was great to see beautiful, natural places outside of Seoul! The tour takes the whole day so be sure to bring water and snacks, wear comfortable shoes, but all worth it!
What a fantastic day! Patrick was an awesome guide—friendly, knowledgeable, and kept the tour running smoothly while making it fun along the way. Mount Seorak was breathtaking, and Nami Island was every bit as charming as I hoped it would be. But the real star of the day for me was the Garden. It was so beautiful that I could have happily wandered around for another hour or two. If anything, my only complaint is that time flew by too quickly there! The whole tour was well organized, packed with amazing scenery, and full of great memories. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and memorable day trip.
Patrick was a great guide! He gave lots of good descriptions and was very helpful and knowledgeable. The weather wasn’t the best for seeing the mountains but the national park was still beautiful. Nami Island is pretty touristy but still cute. For us the highlight was the garden at the end of the day. Overall a great trip and I would definitely recommend.
Such beautiful sights to see! It was an amazing day, Ki was an amazing host! So informative and really funny, he even made sure we could get the zip line across to the Island. This was one of my favourite days from our trip, it is a really full day and a tiring one but is so worth it for what you get to see and experience. Thankyou so much for an amazing time
