On our way to Mostar You will se Dubrovnik countryside and Neretva County where we are entering Herzegovina. After approximately 2h driving we will be in Mostar, a city on the Neretva River in Bosnia and Herzegovina From Mostar we will drive to Peljesac peninsula where we are going to see Ston. Because of its geopolitical and strategic position, Ston has had a rich history since antiquity. Located at the gates of the peninsula, surrounded by three seas, protected by four hills, rich in fresh water and saltwater, fertile plains, it has been an important political, cultural and ecclesiastical centre. Just amazing.

After walking trought old town you will have free time to visit the old craft shops or enjoy a traditional Turkish food in local restaurants. Mostar was named after the bridge keepers (natively: mostari) who in the medieval times guarded the Stari Most (Old Bridge) over the Neretva. The Old Bridge, built by the Ottomans in the 16th century, is one of Bosnia and Herzegovina's most recognizable landmarks, and is considered one of the most exemplary pieces of Islamic architecture in the Balkans
