Itinerary
Starting from Marrakech madina or in your riad/accommodation. Please provide the name of your hotel/riad on your booking. We usually pick up our guests in their accommodation or the nearest parking to the riad/hotel if is not access by cars. Note: keep in mind, that we don't offer free transportation to guests who are staying in Agaday desert or any accommodation far from city center.
As soon as our visitors arrive at our launch location, we extend a warm greeting to them and provide them with either tea or coffee. The next step is for us to present our visitors with comprehensive information on the balloon ride, including an explanation of all safety measures and answers to any questions they may have. This ensures everyone understands the landing position and feels confident about the adventure ahead.
Taking off and enjoy Moroccan sky with amazing views. If you are lucky to have clear weather for wonderful sunrise over the Atlas Mountains
After the landing, have your breakfast in a traditional tent or a local house
drive back to Marrakech
Drop you off in your accommodation or the nearest packing to the hotel

- The activity can me cancelled because of the bad weather(safety is the most important). In this case, we can change the date of the activity, or make the full refund
- Kids under 5 years old are not recommended to join the activity. If your kids are active, please contact us for more details
- A 4x4 assistance vehicle is available throughout the activity and it has a permanent radio connection with the balloon
- Full names and the average weight of each passenger must be given on the booking, as well as the phone number/whatsApp to be able to contact the participants
- It is necessary to stand for the duration of the flight, means, no seats on the balloon(basket)
- Pets, Weapons or sharp objects, Smoking, Alcohol, and drugs are not allowed during the flight
- What to bring: Sunglasses, Hat, Camera, Comfortable clothes, Closed-toe shoes(no heels, no flip-flops, no sandals)

Despite gray weather, we were not able to witness the sunrise but we were not able to see these desert landscapes of this countryside near Marrackech. A service worthy of the price with pick-up very early in the morning at our RIAD in the medina, welcome with tea. We were lucky to have as an experienced pilot VALENTIN, a Frenchman who arrived 6 months ago, who gave us a lot of explanations on and during the flight and also on the environment and the operation of this service provider who is keen to make people work the premises and try to keep the traditions (construction of the building in Berber mode). Very good breakfast. Since we were unable to take a photo of the rising sun, VALENTIN sent us some photos taken by them on sunny days. I recommend with your eyes closed.

Talk about the experience of a lifetime! We went up in the Touareg Trails hot air balloon with Yussef to witness dawn on New Years Day - it was outstanding and I can think of no better start to 2024. I recommend this trip to ANYONE who is contemplating it - just do it. Yussef is the consummate professional and we felt safe and looked after at all times. We went from high up to low, skimming the olive trees drifting over the vegetable fields and the village - giving an insight into the life of the villagers - and landed to a raptuous welcome from the children and community - who Yussef and his fellow ballooners support.
