I'm a food lover traveler and passionate about cooking I would like to share my passion for cooking and teach you how you can make your own cheese with different flavors in the best, simple and delicious way. After this experience, you will never buy cheese in the supermarket again. eating high-quality food is very important to me. I look forward to teach you the secrets of moroccan cheese " jben " You love fresh Cheese ! In this class, we'll teach you the ways of creating your own home made cheese step by step , we will meet at my house in the heart of the medina then we start making our own cheese in my kitchen with different flavors. For example, cheese with paprika, Origano, thyme, rosemary, etc. Then I willteach you how we make Moroccan tea and we will enjoy a glass of mint tea with delicious cheese and warm variety of Moroccan bread and crepes .

Going to this activity compared to what I had read on the title, I expected a person passionate about cooking and we ended up in a place where there were other people for cooking classes. We on one side the kitchen on the other and we were with a charming lady who did not speak French, who just told us to put the amounts of flour or milk to do the activity ... So it’s not what we wanted at all, he didn’t have a possible exchange because of the language barrier and we stayed about an hour at the end. We were able to taste the cheese and bread but things that is still a shame, the cheese is still hot. So at the taste level, it was not much interest So we were disappointed with this experience, as it happened, the two ladies present were very kind

L'expérience que vous avez réservé comme la description l'indique est pour apprendre à préparer le fromage marocain ainsi que le pain marocain et la cérémonie de Thé Marocain, et les recettes par la suite .Vous étiez dans votre propre espace et chacune de vous avez ces propres ingrédients et matériel. La Cheffe expérimentée était sur place , elle ne parle pas bien en français mais l'assistance vous a accompagné et assisté . Nous proposons d'autres ateliers avec d'autres cheffes, nous nous comprenons pas pourquoi cela vous a déranger sachant que c'était dans un autre étage. Nous espérons vous accueillir pour une autre expérience prochainement.
We had a wonderful afternoon making cheese and bread! Since we have got home, we have successfully used the recipes to make the cheese and bread all over again....even made some mint tea too, the mint in the supermarket had come from Morocco so we felt we had to! We had great fun, thanks again!
