Hot air balloon ride itself was fantastic the pilot was welcoming and made you feel safe. Went to heights of 600m. The company messaged with collection details at 9.10pm the night before our trip. Breakfast afterwards was a nice laid out spread, however there was swarms of wasps absolutely everywhere which made eating difficult and the wasps where on the food. There was seating available inside and outside. Van driver was lovely. Would definitely do it again, this company was the cheapest by far to book with
