Itinerary
Your guide would take you to see the beautiful iconic buttes, spires and mesas that have made Monument Valley famous on part of the 17 mile loop drive. We would then go to the back country restricted areas of the Tribal Park to stand beneath the natural arches, amp theaters and get right up close to the Anasazi petroglyphs. Our guides are so kind and would explain the traditional meanings of each location, history, and culture while answering any question that you might think of. Navajo Spirit Tours does not shy away from some of the spiritual topics that you might not hear about on a regular day. We do try our best in the short amount of time that we have with each of our guests to teach as much as we can while you are here. We do look forward to meeting you!

We were fortunate enough to have Sean as our guide through Monument Valley. He helped educate us on the valley, the history and the Navajo way of life and their beliefs. It was incredibly peaceful when he played his flute for us in one of the hogans. I would recommend this tour to anyone coming to Monument valley!
We had a a great time on the tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the history and culture of the area.
Such an amazing experience! Will Cowboy was a fantastic guide and showed us stunning views and shared wonderful stories.
You can drive the 17 mile road or do this personal tour. I recommend the tour. Mr. Cowboy our tour guide gave us so much information about us people and culture. We learned so much. I would recommend this tour to everyone!
This family-owned business was a joy to work with. Miesha made booking extremely easy over email and provided all the details we needed. Gary was our guide, and he shared stories from Monument Valley, Navajo culture, and his own life. Driving through the Valley, we saw immense rock features and indigenous rock art, and Gary shared beautiful flute and drum music with us. It was easy to feel the sacred nature of this place. I would have loved to talk to Gary beyond the 3 hour tour. He was so generous with his thoughtful answers and beautiful insights. Navajo Spirit Tours provided a personal and genuine experience that was well worth the cost, and we were very grateful for.
The guide was excellent. She even played a native american song on her flute for us. Great experience
We'd driven through Monument Valley before and it was spectacular but this tour adds an entirely new dimension to the experience. We now all agree that this tour is a CAN'T MISS opportunity. It was truly one of the best tours that we've ever been on and we have traveled all over the world.
This tour was amazing! Shawn, was our guide and did a great job driving to the sites and explaining the Navajo culture. It’s really such a humbling and beautiful experience. We originally were booked for a 1PM tour but we were running late. The company was so great they allowed us to I’ve to the 6pm, sunset tour. Totally worth it and not nearly as hot as the earlier one. This stop was not on my original itinerary from the Grand Canyon to Arches, but I am surely glad we made this detour. Anyone reading this should book!
Our tour began on time. Our Navajo guide, Will Cowboy, was entertaining and informative and helped us see the area through his eyes. The early morning time slot was a good time to go before it got too hot.
Amazing experience! I look forward to coming back! Thank you so very much for giving us such welcoming time!
