Wonderful half-day option

A wonderful, perfectly-organized, and informative tour. Massimo was a great tour guide, and we could tell he loved his city. Everything went so smoothly, and the Last Supper was breat-taking as expected!

The Last Supper Was Great

Seeing The Last Supper was an incredible experience. However, it was very hot the day we toured (which was not the tour guide's fault), but the rest of the tour was really rather boring. It was clear he was losing most of the audience, but he continued on. There was no opportunity to have 15 minutes to get a drink or snack - it was quite hot and the tour was over 3-1/2 hours. We started 30 minutes late.

Milan was great. Pack water, snacks and a fan.

We do a lot of these tours. I have never been on one where there are zero breaks to get drinks or snacks. It was 94 degrees and the tour went on 3.5 hours. It was too long for the material/history offered as well. The guide was controlling and snarky frankly. My least favorite tour ever.

Operator response

Thank you for the detailed feedback. We're sorry the heat and pacing made the tour uncomfortable, and that our guide's manner didn't meet your expectations. We're reviewing break times for hot weather days and will share your comments with the guide.

I booked this tour for my...

I booked this tour for my parents who reported that they had a wonderful time and their guide was incredible (unfortunately, I was unable to get the guide’s name!). Shortly before their trip, my parents dealt with some medical issues and were unable to make the full-walking tour due to the heat and limited mobility. The tour company was very accommodating in working with me to allow my parents to join for the last portion to visit The Last Supper. This was my mother’s long-time dream and she was so moved to see the fresco. Thank you for working with the us to allow this special moment for my parents!

The perfect way to spend a half day in Milan

We only had the afternoon, and we visited all 4 places in Milan we wanted to see. Getting to see the inside of LaScala was abonus as was walking through the Galeria. The guide provided interesting information the whole time.

The guide was...

The guide was disappointing. Had so many technical difficulties we only heard 1/2 of what she said and then she left half of the group on the way from Duomo to the Last Supper. Would not take a tour with her again. The duomo however was amazing even without a guide. And the last supper lived up to expectations by itself.

Operator response

Thank you for your honest feedback. We're sorry about the technical difficulties and that part of the group was left behind — this isn't acceptable, and we're reviewing it with the guide directly.

Loved the sights, tour could use some improvements.

Decent tour of a few main places, the guide was very knowledgeable, however spoke quickly and was hard to hear through the audio devices which impacted the experience. However, we loved the opera house and Last Supper and in smaller quarters we got the chance to ask some questions
