Milan: Luggage Storage close to Central Station

The hotel is about a 12 minute walk from the station however, it was worth the walk. The Best Hotel was wonderful. They were accommodating and patient. We had a lot of luggage. It was secure and safe. The desk clerk was amazing. He even called a van for us to get to our final destination after we were done exploring Milan. I would highly recommend this option. Just one extra note - the Viator site ask for number of people vs luggage. So make sure you put your luggage count so you don’t get surprised at the hotel with an extra cost.

I bought this in good faith expecting storage in Milan Station not 12 minutes walk away. It is not explained in the purchase information, transaction or email acknowledgement that this is in a tiny hotel several blocks away over rough pavements. Fine if this is stated but not hidden in some tiny small print. The title should say this is NEAR Milan Centrale. Also, the man at the drop off was incredibly rude. Snapping at us and then making completely off comments because we used the facilities in the reception. The guy when we picked up was much politer. If you are happy booking a left luggage service that leaves your bags in the lobby, in a hotel 12 minutes from the station for a cheap rate then this is an okay service. If you are actually looking for it to be at the station look again. @tripadvisor -is the title of this service actually legal or false advertising?

Milan is an ovverrated , expensive , mediocre city . Number of historic attractions is limited compared to other cities like London/Paris /Barcelona etc . "Last Supper" by Leonardo da Vinci tickets are sold out 1 month in advance so do not count on buying them when you arrive ... All hotels and private rentals attract unreasonable high tourist tax . Two adults staying in AirB&B will pay around 40 Euro just for 3 nights. Would never go again , pure rip off

Quick and easy.The staff on site is professional and friendly, helpful. I will recommend and remember for further use.

If you are getting into Milan and you’re close to Milano centrale before your hotel or AirBnB scheduled check in, this is a great option for storing your bags. It’s a bit of a walk if you have heavy bags but better than logging them around on those unforgiving cobble stoned streets.

It's the worst station in the world. Poor conditioning. Unhealthy climate without air conditioning. Short-handed. Italians do not deserve the staff who work there. The boy in the photograph has treated us with contempt up to three times. He works for trenitalia. It takes over 40 minutes.

The bags were stored correctly but we were almost robbed when leaving the store. And the robbers were partners of the store.

It was a smooth and quick transaction. No hassle. They even let us rearrange our luggage in the hotel garden after we picked it up which is nice.

It was much easier than in the central station with a very long queue. Also cheaper and available until midnight. No need to pay extra for every hour. It's a hotel At a distance of 8 min from central station.
