More than just a normal toy store, F.A.O Schwarz is designed as a toy wonderland where any kid at different age can find the favorite toys from tailored Barbies set, name-signed teddy bear to personalized car model. A personalized toy is included for each kid. The tour will end with gelato tasting so that your family can learn more about of most iconic Italian treat: gelato. Different from the traditional icecream, gelato must be made from natural ingredients, that's why Italian gelato is not as sweet as icecream but it is an amazing balance of flavor & taste.

Our guide Martino was amazing. The kids really liked him. He was patient and went at a nice pace for everyone to enjoy. The kids loved the interactive museum and choosing their toy at the end. The gelato was AMAZING.

Cristina was a phenomenal guide who tailored our experience to meet the interest and needs of a family of a wide range of ages including multiple young children. The Duomo and the Toy Shop were incredible experiences that were loved by all and I would recommend this to EVERY FAMILY who is interested in seeing some of the coolest parts of Milan!
This was a phenomenal tour for families. My husband and I, and our children, an 8yo and 10yo, all thoroughly enjoyed it. Our tour guide, Maria, was chock full of excellent information and insight, while also being welcoming, approachable (by adults and children) kind, enthusiastic, and patient. The tour ran for just the right amount of time to get a good taste of the duomo di milano, the Leonardo DaVinci exhibit, gelato, and FAO Schwarz. My kids stayed interested and engaged and we all learned a lot. We kept the gelato and FAO Schwarz as a surprise and they were extremely pleased by both experiences. The VIP treatment we received at FAO Schwarz at the end of the tour was incredible-- the kids played laser tag and drove a variety of RV vehicles around the store. They learned magic tricks. They customized matchbox cars and embroidered a plush bunny. They danced on the giant piano and the FAO Schwarz staff skillfully performed Chopsticks for us. It was an incredibly memorable day and I could not recommend this tour enough.
Paula was an excellent tour guide, Deeply experienced, kind and helpful. the tour was so worth the money, including a full tour of the roof and inside of the duomo as well as a city walking tour with so many interesting story.
