It was an interesting and varied bike ride. Milan is relatively flat, so an e-bike would not have been necessary. There were problems with a bike on the way. It was quickly swapped. The guide was very uncomfortable and provided unscheduled water and coffee for everyone. The description stated that it was to be a German-speaking tour, but it was all in English only. The group was pleasantly large with six people.
Hello, thank you for the review. An important clarification: the language of your tour was ENGLISH. I wrote to VIATOR Customer Service to understand what had happened; this is their reply, June the 10th at 11:45 AM: " I'm sorry about this error Emilio. The error is on our automated translation. I'll inform our relevant team about this issue. I'm sorry for the inconvenience this have caused." So there was a bug in the booking system automatic translator, it wasn't my fault.
We were able to see lots of the sights of Milan and learn about the history of this wonderful city. Our guide was very informative and made the trip one to remember.
Our guide was very knowledgeable was able to give complete background information we saw all the important landmarks in the city up close. Also being able to ride down charming streets and allys was a great way to experience the city.
Emilio is a lovely and generous person. The trip was very good and interesting. 100% recommend. Segways are very easy to ride.
Good guided tour with safety briefing . The guide knows a lot and looked very well. Gladly again especially as the guide Emilio showed flexibility regarding the duration
Such a great way to explore the city! Highly recommend. The guide was very knowledgeable, kind and kept us very safe. It was very cold but well worth every minute. Saw everything we wanted to see and more!
Emilio! Emilio! Emilio! Oh how we enjoyed the tour and service you provided. It was a brisk 40 degree day in Milan and Emilio showed up ready to go as if it were 85 degrees. We were a small group and were able to take a few navigational shortcuts not possible with large groups. It was informative and really immersed us in the Milanese culture. We did it on a Saturday morning January 26, 2019 and were able to see the open air market and all the haps of the locals. Do yourself a favor and book with this company. Emilio is freaking awesome .
