I have never seen anything like this.
I booked tickets for 150 euros for the cathedral with terrace and museum for a Sunday for the following day. Just as we were about to set off, an email arrived stating that no tickets were available for sale and that we should come on another day. However, this was not possible due to time constraints. On Tuesday, the money was deducted and has not yet been refunded. Conclusion: If I do not have tickets, I cannot sell any for a high price and then cancel a day later after the planned trip.

Horrible process to receive the tickets. Did. Not receive an email with the tickets as was stated in Trip Advisor description. Got to the Duomo where they pointed me to ticket counter with voucher. That didn’t work - they couldn’t help me. Had to call the vendor - he answered and yelled at me that he had sent the tickets through What’s App. That was never mentioned in any email or on line description - plus I don’t have that app. After a lot of frustration and yelling he texted me the tickets. I paid way too much for these tickets for this frustration!! Do not book this self guided tour - the audio tour was also poor. Loved the Duomo hated this tour and feel I got ripped off. Could have paid a third of the price buying tickets at the Duomo. Avoid this tour.
The customer was informed that they needed to present their ticket to enter, not just a visitor reservation. We sent the ticket via email and phone number. The customer then contacted me again from a different number requesting the ticket, which was sent to them as requested
