Make authentic Italian pizza from scratch with fresh dough and toppings, or prepare fresh pasta, tagliatelle, ravioli and seasonal sauces. Depending on your option, enjoy a chef-led artisan gelato-making show & tasting or prepare classic tiramisu step by step. The Family Option combines hands-on pizza making with a fun live gelato show & tasting, with soft drinks for children and wine for adults. After class, sit down and enjoy what you prepared. All options include professional chef guidance, fresh ingredients, apron, cooking utensils, digital recipe booklet and Graduation Certificate. Options are separate, not cumulative. Wonderful experience with Alfredo! He was so patient and helpful and the kids (aged 2, 7, and 11) really loved the entire experience from start to finish! The pizza and gelato was delicious too. It was so authentic and a great way to beat the heat indoors in Milan during August. It was the perfect activity for us!

This experience was amazing! I thought it seemed expensive but it was 100% worth it. It was slightly hard to find but I think that was a language barrier issue more than anything. Our guide, David, was so helpful and funny. I met some lovely girls in the group I was in as well which really helped as I was solo. The pizza, waffle bowls, and gelato we made were all delicious and the wine was great too!
We had a fun family experience! I thought it was a little pricey but it ended up being a really fun experience to cook all together. Fabrizia and Alfredo were great! I would do another cooking class with this group.

We encountered a minor inconvenience at the start of our cooking class but I was grateful for a second chance to attend a later session. David and Mateo were fantastic instructors, kind, funny and well-paced, checking on everyone throughout. I’d happily do this class again. The food was fantastic and David’s knowledge of Italian history was impressive. I highly recommend it for families friends and couples – it’s suitable for all ages. Thank you!
