This tour will transport you into the charming yet sinister world familiar to DCI John and Tom Barnaby and uncover the real locations that have given the show its distinct character since it was first broadcast in 1997.
Starting in London you will head to the towns and villages of Midsomer situated across several English counties including Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire that have played a role in more than 250 suspicious deaths over the years in the first eight series alone. You will visit fairy-tale houses, ancient churches, cosy pubs, charming village greens, quaint stores and grand houses that feature prominently in the magical but rather deadly county of Midsomer.
This tour will give you behind the scenes information about the show, reveal fascinating details about the historical places we visit that have appeared in numerous episodes. The tour will finish at Holland Park tube station.

The guide was excellent, great sense of humour, driver was fairly good too. The times spent at each location was a bit short, though I understand that's a difficult part of the planning in terms of getting to see as many places as possible vs time spent enjoying it. The temperature was about 31C, cooler than the days before, but still excessively hot with a high pollen count, so I was sneezing quite often, but it was worth it. We found a great pub for lunch at Henley. My only complaint is the fact that we were booked as a couple and despite that the bus was not full, we were not able to sit together and no-one on the bus volunteered to offer us seats together.
My wife and I had a very enjoyable day on the Midsomer Murders tour. The pickup at the start was very easy and well-organised. Our guide Eva was very knowledgeable and entertaining and the driver Michael made light work of what looked like some quite stressful tight spots. Clips from the series were played on the coach showing the places as we went to them which helped put things in context (since there are more than 100 episodes even the biggest fan could be forgiven for not recognising everything immediately!. Thank you to both Eva and Michael for a fun day out.
This was an excellent tour, brilliantly led by Eva who was a mine of wonderful information not only about the Midsomer locations but all the other things that had been filmed in the area and the history of the places we visited. Also Michael was excellent as our coach driver and dealt skilfully with the challenges of getting us to the locations. All in all a day that will stay in the memory for a very longtime, thanks again To Eva and Michael.

Very nice trip through Midsomer. I would have liked a few more opportunities to get off the bus to take pictures and to have some more time at each stop; but time is limited with so much ground to cover. My wife and I truly enjoyed seeing the sights.

Eva did a phenomenal job. She has fantastic energy and really brought together the scenery along with the show. By the way, our coach driver Leon also did a great job!!!

What a wonderful trip. If you are a fan of Midsomer Murders, this is the tour to take. Even if you aren’t a fan, it’s a great way to see some of the beautiful small villiages. Our tour guide Ava was amazing and funny and had a wealth of knowledge. We had an amazing day.
What can we say!? Other than this was a fantastic tour! Eva the guide was funny, entertaining, explained everything! And Neuman the coach driver! Wow 😮 his driving out of London and down all the small country lanes! Felt very safe! We visited so many villages, didn’t stop at all but that would be too much too! Loved it!
