- Max 6 passengers by law (including infants).
- Disruptive passengers may be asked to disembark at another dock in the city at their own expense.
- Please arrive on time. The boat waits up to 10 minutes past departure. After that, late arrivals are considered no-shows and are non-refundable.
- Every passenger, regardless of age, must pay a fare.
- Trips require a minimum of 3 passengers. If fewer are booked, we'll contact you to reschedule, upgrade to a private trip, or purchase the missing seat.
