- Tour will be cancelled if passengers combined weight is over 480lbs - No refund will be given
- Solo travellers Accepted (will need to purchase 2 tickets)
- The customer that paid for this booking must be present at the time of the flight with ID
- Passengers who fail to arrive and check in at least 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time may have their tour duration reduced or considered a 'no show', with no refund.
- Flight route might change unannounced due to Air Traffic reasons.
- Minors must be accompanied by an Adult
- Dress appropriately: No bathing suits/See through clothes allowed.
- It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes, no high heels or flip flops
- No refund will be given for last minute cancelations
- No-Shows are Non-Refundable. If you fail to arrive at your reserved time, you will be considered a No-show and No Refund will be given.
- Late arrivals will be considered as "No show" with No refund. Reschedule option will be provided with an extra rescheduling fee.

Marcel was absolutely amazing. From start to finish, he took safety incredibly seriously and made the entire experience feel professional, calm, and fun. The plane is in excellent shape and clearly very well maintained—you can tell safety is a top priority. For anyone concerned by negative comments: ignore them. The FAA requires aircraft to be inspected and maintained frequently, and it shows here. This was a smooth, safe, and unforgettable flight. Highly recommend booking—this experience is truly amazing and worth every minute. I would fly with Marcel again without hesitation. ✈️🌴

The plane is very old and very, very noisy. I felt a little bit riskier with our life with this old plane . The pilot was amazing. He was very good. But the plane itself ruined the journey. It looks beautiful from outside, but from inside, it’s very old and dirty. I will not risk my life with this plane.

Our trip was memorable, our pilot explained everything clearly before take off. We were a little uneasy with the turbulence but the pilot very quickly got the plane to steady and smooth position. The views were simply amazing!
