Enrique was our driver for both airport pickup and drop-off, and he made the entire experience seamless. Despite the airport being under renovation—which could have easily been frustrating—his communication was excellent throughout. We only waited a couple of minutes for him to arrive, and he got us to our destination quickly and efficiently, which is especially impressive given all the construction. Although there was a small miscommunication about our departure time when the reservation was made (which was not Enrique’s fault), he was incredibly accommodating and adjusted our pickup without any issues. As a suggestion, it would be helpful if the reservation instructions more clearly stated that the pickup time to go back to airport should reflect the desired pickup time—not the flight time—to avoid any confusion. His professionalism and reliability truly stood out, and we would absolutely recommend him.
