It was a very pleasant and enriching experience. I especially emphasize the excellent attitude of the guide, always friendly, dynamic and willing to answer all our questions. His extensive knowledge of the history of the historic center and monuments made the tour very interesting and easy to follow. In addition, the tour was well organized and at an appropriate pace, which allowed to enjoy each point without rush. The explanations were clear and complemented by curious data that made the experience even more memorable. It is certainly an activity I would recommend for those who want to know more about the history and culture of the place.
Not bad tour. Needs better communication. Initially was supposed to pick us up from hotel. No communication as to what time for pick up. In the end we had to take expensive hotel taxi to meeting point. The guide, Sergei was good but decided to change itinerary at Anthropologie museum from 2 to 1 section.
Thank you for your feedback. We regret the inconvenience regarding the pickup communication and understand how this may have affected your experience. Your comments are very valuable and will be taken into account to improve our coordination. We appreciate your remarks about the guide and hope to have the opportunity to serve you again.
We have a group of 6 people, 4 speak Spanish and we speak English. Our tour guide, Bobby was great in explaining things in both languages. He was very clear and made things very interesting. We had a great time.
Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re glad Bobby was able to make the tour enjoyable and engaging for everyone in both languages. It’s great to hear you all had a wonderful time. We hope to see you again soon! 😊

Lots of walking, but worth it. amazing historical sites. The cathedral and the anthropology museum was my favorite parts.
Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We're glad to hear that, despite the walking, it was worth it and that you enjoyed the amazing historical sites. The Cathedral and the Anthropology Museum are undoubtedly two of the most iconic and fascinating places, and we're happy to know they were your favorite parts. We hope you had a memorable experience, and we would love to welcome you again in the future to explore even more wonders of our country.
Pickup was close to 45 min late. Ended up a private tour. Guide was not very fluent in English and did not appear very knowledgeable - maybe also due to language issues. So a 5 hr tour ended in 4.
Dear Rajeswari Kalambur, For us, your opinion is the most important thing. We regret the experience you had with our service. Our guide, Ricardo, is an excellent guide who has been working with us for several years, and this is the first time this situation has been reported to us. We will investigate what happened. To avoid any inconvenience in the future, thank you.
Our tour included the Zócalo, the National Cathedral, the Templo Mayor excavation, the Angel of Independence, and the National Museum of Anthropology. It was all very interesting and well done but I'll focus on the museum. The Mexica (Aztec) and Teotihuacan rooms are full of masterpieces of those cultures, gorgeously displayed and lit. One caveat: I assumed the tour would spend most of the time at the Museum of Anthropology and that I'd have time to learn about Teotihuacan, which I was planning to visit the next day. Obviously, I had no idea how big the museum is or how different the various cultures were. When Gabriela said we would only see the Mexica room, I was surprised and disappointed - but not for long. She graciously adjusted the tour so that we saw both the Mexica and Teotihuacan rooms, and she did a fabulous job on both. I lost track of time, but I'm pretty sure she and the driver, Eduardo, worked longer than usual that day. I will recommend this tour to my friends and colleagues.
Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us, we are glad that you had a fantastic. Your comments are much appreciated and will help other travelers to choose and experience our tours. Best!
Don´t miss the visit to the Archaeological Museum with impresive historical pieces and samples, the best was Gabriela the museum guide, ask for her.
Dear Mr. Jorge G. We deeply appreciate your comments, for us it is very satisfactory you had a great experience with the city and anthropology museum. We are very sorry for the time you wasted for the lost person, these things happen. We hope to see you again soon. Best regards
Nice people, nice sights. Not expensive! Lots to see. If you come from Europe, you are kind of an attraction there yourself. Take that into account when you are a woman!
Thank you so much for your comments, it will be such a pleasure to attend you in a near future on your next vacations to Mexico! Best regards
