Itinerary
Underneath the palm trees and neon lights, Lummus Park holds dark secrets. Locals whisper of shadowy figures and eerie whispers that seem to come from the ocean itself, especially after sunset.
Once home to fashion icon Gianni Versace, Casa Casuarina's grand façade hides a chilling past. Some say Versace’s spirit lingers, alongside the echoes of the many stories this opulent mansion has witnessed.
The Betsy Hotel, with its classic design, is a beacon of elegance, but also of the unexplained. Guests have reported strange noises and the feeling of being watched, as if the hotel’s history refuses to stay buried.
This charming, Mediterranean-style street might seem quaint, but don’t be fooled. At night, the spirits of its past residents come out to roam, adding a ghostly edge to its otherwise vibrant atmosphere.
Once a haven for young minds, this school now carries the weight of its own ghost stories. Footsteps echo in empty hallways, and faint laughter is heard when the playground is deserted.
Mac’s Club Deuce is one of Miami’s oldest bars, and it has stories to match. Patrons and staff alike have felt a cold presence, especially near the back, where the past may still be clinging on.

Alexander did an excellent job. He had superb subject knowledge. It was not like ghost tours that I have had in the past but I still enjoyed it.
Perhaps not a lot to work with. All outside, stopping outside some hotels, a school and a bar. The guide was mechanical and did not interact with patrons. The architecture was cool and the street scene fun.
Nice walk around Miami Beach, history of the place was explained. Alexander our guide was very nice and knowledgeable!
Not a good experience at all. First, the ticket gives two different meeting locations. The cost would be fair if we would have gotten any actual value. The tour lasted about an hour. It was very hard to hear the guide. He spoke very fast and was not easily understandable. I understand South Beach is noisy. But, there was no place to actually hear him. He told us how we had to keep up and only cross streets when he said to. We could not keep up. He sprinted the whole time and would start talking before everyone was there. We had 4 in our group and the other group had 3. There is no reason not to wait for 7 people to gather. The other 3 people paid for the extended tour. They ditched us before the first part was even over. The tour consisted of nothing but a recitation of a few historical facts. Nothing very informative and not really much to do with the ghosts and spirits. This tour needs some serious improvement. I absolutely feel ripped off and would never use this company again and i certainly can’t recommend it.
Our tour guide Emma was amazing! She was knowledgable and was excited to share the history of the area! She was easy to talk to and very funny as well. We loved hearing the stories and sharing our own thoughts with her.
We enjoyed the stories told, especially the historical context of the occurrences. Emma, our tour guide, was knowledgeable and friendly.
Alexander is a font of knowledge about Miami and its history, culture and stories. He regaled us with amazing and sordid details of mayhem in many locations.
Thomas was the best guide-I’m so glad we were paired with him. Personable and knowledgeable and fun ! Definitely worth the money for this tour
Very nice person/guide, and we had a nice walk around south beach. Some stories about people who may have felt awkward things while they stayed at hotels. Look- it was a nice walk, and we enjoyed the bit of history.
Thomas who gave us the tour went above and beyond. He was brilliant. Would highly recommend his tour; guaranteed goosies. Bro’s got that JUICE! Akin to Beigel bake on Brick Lane.
Hi, Charles! Thanks so much for sharing! It’s fantastic to hear Thomas made the tour so memorable and engaging. We’ll happily pass along your kind words and hope to welcome you back for another experience that delivers all the goosebumps!
