It was great! I am now a certified barrista!
The overall feeling was good, I experienced four great-value coffees made and tasted at the right price, very interesting and special! Without further elaboration on the advantages, two small suggestions are thought for reference only~ 1. After the coffee is made, the coffee dregs can be expanded to include a small project such as the making of coffee dregs special refrigerator stickers, coffee dregs DIY hangers and so on 2. When I attend the class is larger, maybe 20 people faster, consider setting up large and small classes, so that some visitors who are more focused on intimate experience and interaction can choose small classes themselves
It was interesting, entertaining & informative. Our instructor/barista was fantastic. Full of information, facts & fun.
Fabulous morning with Sarah! Can’t wait to try my new coffee equipment at home. The recipes were all amazing. Loved the coconut!
We had wonderful time. The instructor was well organized and provided easily understandable directions. She explained the background story for each of the coffees. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and highly recommend this experience.
The coffee making class was two hours of fun, learning, bonding with people from all over the world, and the best egg coffee in Vietnam (because I made it)! We learned about coffee beans, Vietnamese techniques for brewing, the history of egg coffee, how to make four kinds of coffee drinks, and the importance of correctly pronouncing Pho. At the end we received a booklet with the recipes and more information. It was a nice way to spend a couple hours.
History of coffee and skills to make are taught. Host is lovely. Too many people in 1 little space but everyone laughing in no time. FYI. Toilet is downstairs, on other side of stairs. Happy coffee making!
Very nice experience. My one main criticism is the room and working table is too small for more than 10 people. We had 13 and it was very crowded to make the various coffees. Otherwise a great time.
We enjoyed the course very much. Coffee was awesome, everything was explained nicely. The lecturer was great and funny. It was very enjoyable time.
We did the afternoon session, which in retrospect, I should have planned for it in the morning for the caffeine intake. You make four different coffees and all were very tasty! The class was chill and was a nice chance to meet other people who were also visiting Vietnam. Long/Sarah was our host and she was funny and paced the class well.
